Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Voltalen GT3. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal (angerratt, distansavtalslagen).

How to return

  1. Email us at support@voltalen.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, in the original packaging where possible.

Conditions

  • You may inspect the product as you would in a store, but it must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. If it has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it, we may deduct for the reduced value.
  • You pay the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we refund the full purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Faulty items

Your purchase is covered by a 3-year right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentkoplagen). If your product is faulty, contact us at support@voltalen.com and we will repair, replace or refund it.
