Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made at voltalen.com. The store is operated by Voltalen Home Electronics, Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: support@voltalen.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT, unless displayed in your local currency based on your location. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order we will contact you before processing it.

Ordering and payment

You receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout through the payment methods shown. We never store your card details.

Delivery

We ship to Sweden, addresses within the EU, and Norway. See our Shipping & Delivery page for options and times. If your delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

Complaints and warranty

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act you have a 3-year right to file a complaint about manufacturing faults. Contact us at support@voltalen.com and we will repair, replace or refund.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). We follow ARN recommendations. Swedish law applies to these terms.
